Last week I wrote about the makeup brushes that I use for my face, and today I’m continuing this series with writing about the brushes I use for eye makeup. (Does it count as a series if it’s two posts? I’m not sure) As with my face brushes, my eye makeup brushes are from affordable brands such as Real Techniques, Eco Tools, and Carousel Cosmetics. I am on a reasonably tight budget, but I’m so satisfied with these that even if I had more money available I can’t see myself spending a lot more on brushes. I like to have a lot of eyeshadow brushes so I don’t have to wash them all the time, and I can do that by sticking to cheaper brands.
Last weekend Makeup Obsessives had a meet up, and it was AWESOME. It was great catching up with friends, and finally meeting people in person after seeing their pictures for months. We also got an amazing goodie bag which felt like Christmas and my birthday had come at once. I’m progressively working my way through and trying everything, but today I’m going to show you the four lipsticks I got – three were in the goodie bag and one was a gift from a friend.
